I Malka rilascia ‘Wolves and Sheep‘ il singolo che anticipa l’EP del  debutto The Constant State

Con base a New York City la band dreampop-psichedelica MALKA presenta  il  nuovo singolo “Wolves and Sheep‘ estratto da The Constant State  album  pubblicato alcuni mesi fa su etichetta Cyan Records. La band ha registrato questo EP  tra NY e gli Stati del NJ  con mixing a cura di  Darko Saric e il mastering agli  825 Studios  dal vincitore di un Grammy  Award Butch Jones (Madonna, Talking Heads, Iggy Pop, The Gun Club, B-52),

The Constant State cattura ascoltatori amanti del  viaggio , attraverso un genere musicale che spazia dal dreampop, al post-rock, il nugaze, e  lo psichedelico. Queste composizioni hanno un non so che di metafisico, esistenziale e interpersonale  le cui trame risuonano con un’onestà che scatena le emozioni. La loro musica è il riflesso del trionfo e della tragedia del mondo, e costringe  a guardarsi più in profondità nel regno della coscienza. I Malka si propongono di allungare il concetto delle canzoni per farle suonare più come  vuoti emozionali del tempo.

Le melodie vocali assumono una forma strumentale e trascendono la lingua, aggiungendo trasparenza a liriche bilingue spagnolo-inglese tra tre  vocalists.

New York City-based psychedelic dreampop band MALKA present their new powerhouse single ‘Wolves and Sheep’ from their debut EP The Constant State, which they released several months ago via Cyan Records. The band recorded this EP split between NY and NJ states, with mixing performed by Darko Saric and mastering at 825 Studios by Grammy Award-winning engineer Butch Jones (Madonna, Talking Heads, Iggy Pop, The Gun Club, B-52s),

The Constant State takes listeners on a genre-melding journey, ebbing and flowing through the realms of dreampop, post-rock, nugaze, and psychedelic rock. These compositions touch on metaphysical, existential and interpersonal subject matter with an honesty that resonates to an emotional core. Their music is a reflection of the triumph and tragedy of the world, compelling us to look deeper into the realms of our consciousness. Malka aims to stretch the concept of songs to make them sound more like emotional lapses of time.

The vocal melodies assume an instrumental form and transcend language, adding transparency to bilingual Spanish-English lyrics shared between three lead vocalists.
